Addressing these muscles helps alleviate pain and improve mobility by breaking down adhesions and restoring normal tissue function.

Dry Needle Therapy

Dry needle therapy, similar to acupuncture, is another technique I use at Simply Move Chiropractic. This treatment involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body to release muscle tension and improve blood flow.
